缓释氟尿嘧啶同期放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 对比分析应用植入性缓释氟尿嘧啶同步放化疗与顺铂方案同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者的疗效与毒副作用。方法 选择2013年1月-2014年7月在新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的初治宫颈癌患者共80例,临床分期为Ⅱb-Ⅲb期,按治疗方法不同分试验组40例（氟尿嘧啶瘤内植入区域化疗配合根治性放疗组）,对照组40例（顺铂静脉周疗配合根治性放疗组）。对两组患者的近期疗效及毒副反应进行对比分析。结果试验组CR为22例,PR为13例,NC和PD为5例。对照组CR为19例,PR为14例,NC和PD为7例。试验组和对照组有效率分别为88%（35/40）、83%（32/40）,两组比较差异无统计学意义。3级以上的急性反应中,试验组出现骨髓抑制6例,消化道反应3例;对照组出现骨髓抑制17例,消化道反应5例,两组间骨髓抑制差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 植入性缓释氟尿嘧啶同步放化疗与顺铂周疗疗效相当,毒副反应较小。Objective To compare the treatment effects and side effects between local chemotherapy match radiotherapy and cisplatin match radiotherapy for cervical cancer. Methods Totally 80 patients with primary cervical in Xiniiang Tumor Hospital were selected from January 2013 to July 2014. who were divided in two groups： experimental （A） group 40 patients （local chemotherapy match radiotherapy） , control （B） group（cisplatin match radiotherapy）. Contrastive analysis were investigated on the short-term efficacy and adverse reaction in the two groups. Results In the experimental （A） group, CR were 22, PR were13, NC and PD were 5 respectively. In the control （B） group, CR were 22, PR were13, NC and PD were 5, respectively. The local control rate （CRq-PR） in two groups were 88% and 83%,There was no difference in two groups., While the side effects had signifieant difference in the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The local control rate between two groups was not different, but the side effects of local chemotherapy match radiotherapy was less.
