摘　　要：继2005年汇改之后第十年，近期，人民币汇率的表现再度引发市场关注。8月11日-13日，中国央行连续3天大幅下调人民币中间价，人民币贬值幅度达4．66％。对此，国内外的反应各有侧重。国际货币基金组织（IMF）表示，The performance of RMB exchange rate once again impressed the currency market after ten years of the Reform of Mechanism of Exchange Rate in China. From August 11 th to 13 th, People's Bank of China cut down RMB central parity for three days, and RMB was devalued by 4.66% as a result. Domestic and overseas stakeholders showed diverse responses towards this fact. IMF claims that linking RMB central parity up with market factors signifies an encouraging step towards becoming freely floating currency for RMB. Domestic analysts consider that the devaluation of RMB is beneficial to drive export trades, stabilize economy increase, while the stock market, bond market and real estate market will be battered in a short run.
