摘 要:南水北调工程施工中,渠道削坡工程量大,建设工期紧.由于渠道边坡表面平整度要求严格且不易控制,水泥改性土的加工处理对刀具的转速影响较大.为适应南水北调工程的施工要求,开展大跨度削坡开槽机关键技术的研究显得尤为重要.文中研究了一种自适应切削控制系统,该系统能使刀具在复杂的工作环境下始终保持匀速切削,其采用单片机为核心控制部件,具有变频器、变频电机、霍尔传感器等器件.该系统的自动化程度高,维修简单,故障率低,经济与社会效益明显.The project amount of slope cutting of Channels in the South-to-North Water Transfer Project was huge, while the construction time was limited. Since the flatness requirements of channel slope surface of the project was serious and not easy to control, and the processing of cement modified soil had greater impact on the rotational speed of the cutter. Therefore, in order to adapt to the construction requirements of the South to North Water Transfer Project, it appears especially important to research the practice and application on key technology of the extra-length slope channel cutting slope slot machine. In this paper, a kind of adaptive cutting control system is studied, and it can keep the cutter uniform cutting work in a complex environment, and the system was adopted single chip microcomputer AT89C52 as the core control unit, including transducer, variable frequency motor, Hall sensor and so on. The system improves the degree of automation equipment; maintenance is simple, failure rate is low; and economic and social benefits are significant.
