MTA和Vitapex糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎伴根尖孔闭合不全的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨三氧化物多聚体（MTA）和Vitapex糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎伴根尖孔闭合不全临床效果。方法选取2012-02～2014-02间我院牙科收治的100例慢性根尖周炎伴根尖孔闭合不全患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用MTA,对照组采用Vitapex糊剂,对两组患者进行为期12个月随访,比较两组患者治疗效果及根管治疗疼痛发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.55%,明显高于对照组的76.79%,差异比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组根管治疗疼痛发生率为8.00%,明显低于对照组26.00%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 MTA治疗慢性根尖周炎伴根尖孔闭合不全较Vitapex糊剂可提高治疗效果,减轻根管治疗疼痛,具有显著临床治疗效果,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical results of mineral trioxide aggregate（ MTA） and Vitapex paste treatment of chronic periapical incomplete apical closure. Methods Selecting 100 cases of chronic periapical failure with apical closure from February,2012 to February,2014 admitted to the Department of Stomatology in the hospital,randomly dividing them to observation group and control group,adopting the MTA for curing the control group,and applying Vitapex paste for curing the observation group. The two groups were followed up for 12 months. Treatment effect and the incidence of pain of root canal therapy were compared between the two groups. Results Efficiency rate of the observation group is 96. 55%,which is apparently higher than the control group＇s efficiency rate 76. 79%,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; occurrence rate of root canal treatment of pain for the observation group is 8. 00%,which is apparently lower than the control group＇s occurrence rate 26. 00%,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion MTA treatment of chronic apical periodontitis compared with incomplete apical closure Vitapex paste may improve the therapeutic effect,reduce pain root canal treatment,which has a substantial clinical curative effect and is worthy of clinical application widely.
