瓷睿刻玻璃陶瓷高嵌体即刻修复后牙大面积缺损的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用瓷睿刻玻璃陶瓷高嵌体即刻修复后牙大面积缺损的临床应用和修复效果。方法选择2014年4月至2015年4月于解放军第四六三医院口腔科门诊就诊的患者36例共45颗患牙。对45颗后牙大面积缺损的患者在口内行完善的根管治疗后，根据缺损范围进行高嵌体的预备，西诺德椅旁CAD／CAM即刻制作高嵌体，即刻粘结，调矜抛光。随访6个月至1年，观察治疗的成功率。结果随访中，45颗患牙全部达到USPHS标准中的A级和B级，获得成功。由于随访年限短，有待进一步观察结果。结论对于大面积缺损的后牙残冠，瓷睿刻玻璃陶瓷高嵌体即刻修复是一种非常好的修复方式，在临床上值得借鉴。Objective To evaluate the curative efficacy of CEREC Glass-ceramic onlays repairing on large area dental defect of posterior teeth. Methods From April 2014 to April 2015,according to CEREC chair side system requirement,45 posterior teeth after root canal therapy with large area defect were repaired by Glass-ceramic onlays in the 463 Hospital of PLA,then cemented,adjusted and polished them immediately. The success rate was observed. Results Followed up for 0.5-1 years.all restorations were success.The long- term results should be observed. Conclusion CEREC immediate Glass-ceramic restorations can obtain satisfactory, clinical outcomes for posterior teeth with large area defect.
