摘 要:目的分析军队老干部病房护士主要工作压力与职业倦怠感及其相互关系。方法采用中文版职业倦怠量表,对成都军区总医院军队老干部病房6个病区的130名护士进行问卷调查,并评价其工作压力。结果大部分护士(76.15%)需求与自主的比值(D/C)>1,29.23%的护士付出与回报的比值(E/R)>1。护士情感衰竭、去人格化和低个人成就感普遍存在。线性回归分析提示,工作年限短、工作自主性低、社会认可度低及工作付出与回报不平衡的年轻护士职业倦怠情况更严重。结论军队老干部病房的护士职业倦怠感强,且与工作压力密切相关。Objective To explore the working pressure and job burnout sense as well as their interrelationship of nurses working in military veteran cadre wards. Methods Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS) was applied in the questionnaire of 130 nurses in 6 veteran cadre wards of Chengdu Military General Hospital while their working pressure was evaluated through job content questionnaire (JCQ) and effort-reward imbalance questionnaire(ERI). Results Both the majority(76.15%) of the nurses' demand-control ratio(D/C) and 29.23% of nurses' effort reward ratio (E/R) was higher than 1. Emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and low sense of personal achievement were common among nurses. Linear regression analysis revealed that greater working pressure and job burnout existed in those young and unmarried nurses on night duty by turn and with busier clinical work. Conclusion There is a strong sense of job burnout and is positively related to working pressure which deserves much attention of managerial staff in charge of nursing in hospital.
