摘 要:目的研究2013年4月—6月采自新疆维吾尔自治区吐鲁番市的孜然果实挥发油的化学成分。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取孜然果实挥发油,再通过多维气质联用仪(MDGCMS)对其进行分析鉴定,然后面积归一法测定其相对含有量。结果孜然果实挥发油的含有量在6月份最高,从中共鉴定出36种化合物。在4月—6月,α-侧柏烯、α-蒎烯、β-水芹烯、β-蒎烯、1-苯基-1,2-乙二醇的含有量从低到高,萜品烯则刚好相反。结论不同采收期孜然果实挥发油的含有量变化可为其药理研究和商业利用提供参考。AIM To analyze volatile oil in Cuminum cyminum L. fruits collected from Turfan City( Xinjiang Region) in April,May and June in 2013. METHODS The volatile oil was extracted by hydrodistillation method,then analysis was carried out with MDGCMS,whose relative content was determined with area normalization method. RESULTS The content of volatile oil was the highest in June. Thirty-six constituents were identified by MDGCMS. From April to June,the contents of α-thujene,α-pinene,β-phellandrene,β-pinene and 1-phenyl-1,2-ethanedio were from high to low,while terpinene showed an opposite order. CONCLUSION The variation of contents and constituents of volatile oil in Cuminum cyminum L. fruits in different picking times can provide reference for its pharmacologic activities and commercial uses.
