摘 要:镁合金在轧制过程中常常会形成非常强的基面织构,从而导致非常差的成形性能(轧制成形性能和冲压成形性能)。近年来,很多学者致力于改善镁合金板材基面织构的研究工作并取得了极大的进展。这些研究主要可归结为:调控轧制参数或开发新型轧制技术以削弱基面织构;对具有强基面织构的镁合金板材进行二次加工来使基面织构发生弱化或者改变;通过合金化改变镁合金在轧制过程中的织构取向。基于此,对改善镁合金板材基面织构的国内外研究进展进行了评述。Magnesium alloy in the rolling process often forms very strong basal texture, which results in very poor formability (rolling forming property and stamping forming property). In recent years, many scholars devote to improve the basal texture of magnesium alloy sheet and research work has made great progress. These studies can be mainly summed up in the following aspects: controlling rolling parameters or developing new rolling process can weaken basal texture; secondary processing of magnesium alloy sheet with strong basal texture is carried out to make basal texture weaken or change; texture orientation of the magnesium alloy during rolling is changed by alloying. Based on these results, research progress of improving the basal texture of magnesium alloy sheet in China and other countries were reviewed.
