H5平均数评价期刊的适用性研究

摘　　要：文章以Google Scholar Metrics提供的图书情报学和农学领域的共113种期刊为研究样本,对期刊近5年的H5平均数进行了探讨,H5平均数考虑了H5核内高被引文献的贡献度,在评估科技期刊上能较好地体现出高被引文献的价值;并提出了学科H5指数概念,对学科期刊进行测度,选出了高影响力期刊;对比分析了两个领域期刊H5平均数与期刊的H5指数、H5中位数、5年影响因子(IF5)、特征因子分值(Eigenfactor Score,ES)、论文影响分值(Article Influence Score,AIS)、H5核内入选文献篇数、文献最高被引频次的相关性;测度了最高被引期刊对H5平均数的贡献度。结果表明,H5平均数与H5指数、H5中位数、IF5、ES、AIS、H5核内入选文献篇数、文献最高被引频次均呈显著正相关;社会科学领域(本文指LIS)的高被引文献对H5平均数的贡献度比自然科学领域(本文指Agronomy)更大,但二者的差异不显著;H5平均数考虑了H5核内高被引文献的贡献度,是可用于对科研工作者进行评价的指数。This paper takes 113 kinds of journal in the field of LIS and agronomy proposed by Google Scholar Metrics as the research sample, and discusses the H5 average index of journals in the last 5 years. H5 average index considers the contribution of highly cited literature, which can well reflect the value of highly cited literature in S＆T journal evaluation. The paper proposes the concept of HS discipline index, carries on the measure of S＆T journal and selects the high impact journal. The paper compares and analyzes the relativity between H5 average index and H5 index, HS median, IFS, ES （Eigenfactor Score）, AIS （Article Influ- ence Score）, the numbAer of selected articles within the H5 nuclear, and the highest citation frequency of journal in the two fields. The paper also measures the contribution of the highest cited journal to the HS average index. The result shows that HS average in- dex has significantly positive correlation with the HS index, H5 median, IFS, ES, AIS, the number of selected articles within the H5 nuclear, and the highest citation frequency of journal. The contribution of highest cited literature to HS average index in social science （this article refer to LIS） is higher than natural sciences （this article refer to Agronomy）, but there is no significantly difference. HS average index considers the contribution of highly cited literature within HS nuclear, which is useful for the evalua- tion of researchers.
