摘 要:农村家庭式幼儿园遭遇了"硬件"与"软件"的双重危机:办学条件艰苦,基础设施简陋;教学设备陈旧,课程资源匮乏;教师专业素质不高,缺乏工作热情;教育观念落后,课程体系混乱。导致农村家庭式幼儿园遭遇危机除了经济因素外,在政策与文化两个方面都出现了"理想"与"现实"不断博弈的局面。为破解现实困境,需要政府联合社会力量共同来改善农村家庭式幼儿园办学条件、规范农村家庭式幼儿园课程体系、提升农村幼儿园教师的专业素质。Rural family kindergartens have suffered the double crises of the "hardware"and "software". The "hardware" refers to the difficult school conditions, rough infrastructure, outdated teaching equipment and deficiency curriculum resources. The "software" means the teachers' professional quality is not high, and lack of work enthusiasm,the education idea is backward,and curriculum system is disordered. In addition to economic factors ,the deep-seated reason is that there are "ideal" and "reality" game situations in the two aspects of policy and culture in rural family kindergarten crises. In order to solve the predicament, the government must think deeply about policy and culture, and unite social forces to improve the school conditions, regulate the curriculum system and promote the professional quality of teachers.
