高校外籍教师工作压力的来源、影响及其管理对策

摘　　要：高校外籍教师工作压力能够影响他们的工作绩效,调查发现,其工作压力来源主要有工资待遇、教学压力、人际关系、工作负荷、组织管理、职业发展和个人因素。工作压力对外籍教师的生理、心理和行为都造成了不同程度的消极影响。欲提高其工作绩效,需要在聘请管理、教学管理、科研管理、人事管理和后勤管理等方面对外籍教师工作压力进行干预。Foreign teachers＇ work pressure can influence their work performance. The investigation finds that the main source of foreign teachers＇ work pressure is the wage, teaching pressure, interpersonal relationship, work load, organizational management, career development and personal factors. The work pressure has caused the negative influence to the foreign teacher＇ s physiology, psychology and behavior. To improve the work performance, it is needed to intervene the foreign teachers＇ work pressure in the aspects of hiring management, teaching management, scientific research management, personnel management and logistics management.
