公安高等职业教育警察职业核心能力培养探析

摘　　要：警察职业核心能力的培养是公安高等职业教育的重要组成部分,但是由于公安院校对"核心能力"的概念存在认知偏差,教育理念陈旧,课程体系建设滞后,影响了警察职业核心能力的养成。依据职业教育学理论,结合警察职业特征进行分析,公安院校应从明确职业核心能力培养目标、完善课程体系、健全评价制度、强化师资建设四个方面进行改革,以实现公安高等职业教育警察职业核心能力的培养目标。Training of police core professional abilities is an important part of public security higher vocational education. Because of the deviation existing in the concept of ＂core abilities＂, corresponding lag of education idea and curriculum system, training of police core professional abilities did not reach the desired effect. In order to realize the core abilities of the police professional training target, according to vocational education theory and police professional characteristics, it should be reformed from the following aspects ： defining the target of the police core professional abilities training, improving the curriculum system, perfecting evaluation system, strengthening the teaching staff construction.
