摘　　要：大学应该以促进学生本性的、本能的高度发展为目的,并围绕学生来制定教育目标和开展教育活动,使学生成为主体性的人。在现代大学里,以生为本的原则及其实现应从5个方面着力:一是以学生的生命为本,塑造学生的主体价值;二是以学生的成长为本,提升学生的主体人格;三是以学生的幸福为本,培养学生的主体精神;四是以学生的个性为本,还原学生的主体地位;五是以学生的需要为本,开发学生的主体意识。The universities＇ aim should be promoting the development of students＇ height of nature and instincts and the universities should formulate educational purpose and carry out educational activities around the students to make the students become the subjectivity of the people.In modern universities,the characteristics and its implementation of taking students as basis should be focused on five respects：the students＇ life and shape students＇ subject value;the growth of the students and the improvement of student＇s main body personality;the happiness of the students and the students＇ main spirit＇s cultivation;the students＇ personality and the subject status of the students＇ restoring;the needs of the students and the development of the students＇ subject consciousness.
