大学战略联盟的价值与实现路径探析

摘　　要：大学战略联盟具有社会性构建特征,是大学与其他组织之间的一种自愿结盟行为。大学战略联盟的价值表现为降低交易成本、提高办学效益和增强大学组织的执行力等方面。大学战略联盟的实现路径表现为社会网络、契约协议和资源交换三个方面。大学通过结盟把自身的优势与特色充分发挥出来,并获得更多机会,在不增加有形资源的情况下增强学校的办学实力——从同质组织借鉴经验,把异质组织中的潜在资源变为现实资源为我所用。The university strategic alliance is a kind of voluntary action between university and other organizations,main with the feature of sociality building.It＇s significances display lessening transaction cost,improving school effectiveness and strengthening university organization executive ability.Its realization paths embody social network,contractual agreement and resource exchange.With homogeneous organization and heterogeneous organization＇alliance,the university gives full play to itself advantages and characteristic by means of the three paths.Under the alliance,the university attains the chance and heightens strength without adding tangible resources.It uses for reference from homogeneous organization,and translates potential resources to realistic resources from heterogeneous organization for itself.
