摘　　要：本文从人力资源供求关系出发,构建集群升级导向的高等教育人才供应链,提出订单式、"2+1+1"式、项目依托式、引导合作式和职业培训式等人才培养模式,以满足集群升级对不同层次人才的需求,为高校人才培养模式创新和改革提供参考。From the aspect of supply and demand relationship of human resources,the talents supply chain of higher education was constructed orienting toward industrial clusters upgrading,and the talents training modes such as order style,Tow-One-One style,project-based style,guiding cooperation style and vocational training were proposed in order to meet the different talents needs of industrial clusters upgrading and provide reference for the innovation and reform of the university talents training mode.
