台湾技职类高校大学部课程设置分析与启示——以企业管理系为例

摘　　要：课程设置是高校最基本的教学活动,它综合体现了学校的培养理念、培养目标、教学定位等。本文选取台湾5所技职类高校,以企业管理系为例对其大学部课程设置的内容、结构、形成机制等进行分析,总结出台湾高校课程设置的特点,并揭示出对大陆高校课程设置的若干启示:加强顶层设计,增加资源投入;明确培养定位,形成培养特色;融入各界建议,争取各方支持;强化课程设置管理与监督。Curriculum installation is the most basic teaching activity in university,which comprehensively embodies educational idea,training objective,teaching orientation,etc.The paper selects five vocational universities in Taiwan,and takes the department of business administration as example.Through analyzing the content,structure and formation mechanism of curriculum installation in their undergraduate,it summaries the characteristics of curriculum installation in Taiwan universities.Then it reveals the ideas of the curriculum installation for the mainland universities,which are strengthening the top-level design and increasing resources;accurately positioning the curriculum objective and forming the curriculum characteristics;integrating the suggestions and getting support from all walks of life;strengthening the management and supervisory of the curriculum installation.
