PS2蛋白和ER、PR表达与子宫内膜癌预后的关系

摘　　要：目的对ER、PR、PS2在子宫内膜癌中表达及临床意义进行分析。方法从我院病理科2008年10月至2012年10月存档蜡块中抽取子宫内膜癌患者100例,为A组;子宫内膜非典型增生患者100例,为B组;正常增生期子宫内膜者100例,为C组,对三组均采用免疫组化方法检测,对比检测水平。结果 C组中ER、PR的表达均显著高于A、B组,其中B组高于A组,差异性明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PS2在C组中无表达,在A、B组中均有表达,其中A组高于B组,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组中高分化患者ER、PR、PS2表达显著高于中分化、低分化患者,差异性明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腺癌中ER、PR、PS2表达显著高于其他类型癌变患者,差异性明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ER、PR、PS2的表达同子宫内膜病变情况呈正相关,与子宫内膜癌的发病机制有关,并与其预后有关。子宫内膜癌中ER、PR、PS2表达较高者对内分泌治疗反应及预后较好,故ER、PR、PS2能指导子宫内膜癌术后的内分泌激素治疗,并评估其治疗效果。Objective To analyze the expression and clinical signification of ER,PR and PS2 protein in endometrial carcinoma. Method 300 cases of patients from October 2008 to October 2012 were extracted from the pathology department of our hospital,divided into 3 groups： 100 cases of patients with endometrial carcinoma（group A）,100 cases of patients with endometrial atypical hyperplasia（group B） and 100 cases of patients with normal proliferative phase endometrium（group C）. Levels of ER,PR and Ki-67 in each group were detected immunohistochemically. Results The expressions of ER,PR were sequentially higher in group A,B and C（P 〈0.05）. There was no expression of PS2 protein in group C. The expression of PS2 protein in group A was higher than that of group B（P〈 0.05）. In group A,the expression of ER,PR and PS2 protein in the cases with well-differentiated endometrial cancer were higher than that in the cases with middle or low differentiation endometrial cancer（P 〈0.05）. The expression of ER,PR and PS2 protein in cases with adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than that of cases with other types of carcinoma（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of ER,PR and PS2 protein were positively correlated with endometrial lesions,associated with the pathogenesis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Those cases with higher expression of ER,PR and PS2 protein in endometrial carcinoma had a better response to endocrine therapy,resulting in guidance and evaluation of endocrine therapy after operation according to the expression of ER,PR and PS2 protein.
