妊娠期糖尿病患者孕期健康促进与教育干预的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者孕期健康教育的效果分析。方法与产科联合选取我院2011年至2013年来我院就诊的妊娠期糖尿病患者120例,随机将其分为两组,对照组患者60例,因各种原因遵医嘱行为和依从性低而归为实施常规的护理措施,观察组患者60例,保健意识和遵医嘱依从性高而归为实施有效的孕期健康教育护理干预措施,比较两组孕妇在妊娠期出现的合并症情况、剖宫产手术、围生儿出现的合并症情况。结果观察组患者在接受孕期健康教育护理干预后母体发生妊娠合并高血压、羊水过多、感染以及剖宫产率等的患者明显低于对照组,经比较具有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组围生儿出现病理性黄疸、早产儿、低血糖以及胎儿宫内窘迫症的情况明显低于对照组,经比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病合并妊娠患者孕期进行健康教育护理干预能够明显的降低孕妇母体致病的危险,提高围生儿的存活率以及生活质量。Objective To investigate the analysis of diabetic patients during pregnancy pregnancy health education effect. Methods Selected in our hospital from diabetic patients during pregnancy in 120 cases were analyzed, and were randomly divided into two groups, the implementation of routine nursing measures in a group of patients, another group of patients to implement effective health education during pregnancy nursing intervention, compared two groups of pregnant women during pregnancy, the complications of cesarean section production operation complications, perinatal appear. Results The patients in observation group received health education and nursing intervention during pregnancy on maternal pregnancy induced hypertension, polyhydramnios, infection and patients of cesarean section rate was significantly lower than the control group, the significant difference（P〈 0.05）; observation group perinatal pathological jaundice, premature birth, hypoglycemia and fetal distress the situation was significantly lower than the control group, by comparison with significant difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with pregnancy pregnancy health education and nursing intervention can significantly reduce the risk of maternal diabetes treatment of pregnant women; improve the survival rate of perinatal and the quality of life.
