Ⅳ肺腺癌长生存的中医治疗对细胞免疫及健康状态影响的动态分析

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在动态观察分析中医治疗促进Ⅳ肺腺癌老年患者长生存的细胞免疫及健康状态的作用效果。方法 1个月常规中医治疗为主并定时随访患者体能健康状态及外周血细胞免疫情况、肿瘤标志物值、胸部CT等资料,收集相关数据汇总比较分析。结果中医治疗后,体重一直保持稳定(均值是41.3 kg);健康状况KPS评分逐渐提高(由60分增至80分);外周血淋巴细胞、总T细胞、辅助性T细胞、细胞毒T细胞、B细胞,NK细胞的绝对值呈渐进式波动增高。目前患者生存期21个月较国内外报道中西医治疗组高9个月,较西医组高13个月。结论医能改善健康状况、稳定体重、促进免疫细胞增长及稳定、提高免疫功能,延缓瘤体进展,延长生存期。对老年晚期肿瘤患者,过度治疗不排除有免疫损伤的可能。中医治疗应扶正为主,祛邪为辅,促进免疫功能的恢复及稳定是延长生存期的关键。Objective To observe and analyze dynamically the effect of TCM on cellular immunity and health condition for promoting the long - term survival of the senile patients with Ⅳ lung adenocarcino-ma. Methods After the conventional TCM treatment for 1 month,the physical health condition,peripheral blood cellular immune situation,tumor marKer value,chest CT and the others were followed - up regularly. The relevant data were collected and analyzed. Results After TCM treatment,the body weight was Kept sta-ble（mean：41. 3 Kg）,KPS score for health condition was improved gradually（60 points to 80 points）. The ab-solute values of lymphocytes,total T cells,T helper cells,cytotoxic T cells,B cells and NK cells were in-creased progressively. Currently,the patient＇s survival was 21 months that was longer than that by 9 months in the reports at home and abroad treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine,and longer than that by 13 months in the treatment of western medicine. Conclusion TCM improves the health condition,stabilizes body weight,promotes immune cell growth and stability,improves immune function,delays tumor progression and prolongs the survival. For the aged patients of cancer at late stage,excessive treatment cannot exclude the possibility of immune injury. TCM strengthens the antipathogenic qi and eliminates the pathogenic factors. Promoting the recovery and stability of immune function with TCM is the Key for prolonging the survival.
