摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是现代临床常见病和难治病,现已公认中医疗法较西医疗法更有优势。文章通过阐述体质辨证在溃疡性结肠炎的发病、证型、治则、用药、预后及预防中的应用,体现了辨体论治本病的可行性,即在明确本病易感体质的基础上制定治则,选择相应的预防和治疗方法,从而达到提高治愈率、缩短病程及防止复发的目的。对本病进行体质辨证,有利于对疾病本质的全面认识,体现了中医"治病求本"和"因人制宜"的原则,为临床预防和治疗本病提供了新的思路。Ulcerative colitis is the clinical common and difficultly - treated disease in modern time. It has been publicly accepted that TCM therapy is more advantageous in the treatment of this disease com-pared with western medicine. In the paper,the constitution differentiation was explained in the application in light of the occurrence,syndrome differentiation,treating principle,medication,prognosis and prevention of ul-cerative colitis,which was feasible in the treatment of the disease. As a result,the treating principle was de-termined in accordance with the susceptible constitution and the methods of prevention and treatment were se-lected correspondingly so that the curative rate was improved,the duration of sicKness was shortened and the recurrence was prevented. The constitution differentiation of the disease is advantageous in the entire recogni-tion of the disease. It reflects the essence of TCM as seeKing the root for treatment,treating the disease indi-vidually and provides the new approach to the clinical prevention and treatment.
