补肾散结方联合唑来膦酸治疗肺癌骨转移的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察补肾散结方联合唑来膦酸治疗肺癌骨转移的临床疗效。方法将73例肺癌骨转移患者,随机分为对照组37例和治疗组36例。对照组采用唑来膦酸注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用补肾散结中药治疗,观察两组患者的骨转移灶变化、止痛效果、骨转移灶无进展时间等。结果治疗组在骨转移灶疗效方面总有效率高于对照组(37.8%vs 25.0%),但差异无统计学意义。治疗组较对照组可延长骨转移灶无进展时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组止痛效果优于对照组,并且明显改善患者疼痛、腰膝酸软的症状。结论补肾散结方联合唑来膦酸在抑制骨转移灶生长、缓解患者骨性疼痛、改善患者骨转移相关症状方面等均有较好效果。Objective To observe clinical effects of bone metastasis in lung cancer through a com- bined approach using both decoction of invigorating kidney and eliminating mass and Zoledronic acid infec- tion. Methods Seventy three patients with bone metastasis from lung cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group （n = 37 ）and the control group （n = 36 ）. Patients in control group were treated with Zoledronic acid injection. The treatment group, on the basis of the control group, also applied traditional Chinese medi- cine. The changes in bone metastases and analgesic effect were observed, Results In terms of stability of bone metastases, the total efficiency was higher in the treatment group than the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference. The treatment group could extend the time to no progression of bone metas- tases, and there was significant difference between the two groups. The analgesic efficacy was better in the treatment group than the control group, and significantly improved patients＂ symptoms such as pain and lumbar debility. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Zoledronic acid can inhibit the growth of bone metastases, relieve patients bone pain and improve related symptoms in patients with bone metastasis.
