颅内血肿微创清除术联合神经节苷脂治疗脑出血的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的讨论颅内血肿微创清除术联合神经节苷脂治疗脑出血的临床效果,为日后的临床治疗提供参考。方法选择2011年3月至2013年2月收治的120例脑出血患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组患者60例。观察组患者给予颅内血肿微创清除术联合神经节苷脂治疗,对照组患者给予颅内血肿微创清除术治疗,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果经过临床治疗,观察组患者显效44例(73.3%),有效12例(20.0%),无效4例(6.7%),总有效率为93.3%;对照组患者显效31例(51.7%),有效8例(13.3%),无效21例(35.0%),总有效率为65.0%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论通过对脑出血患者实施颅内血肿微创清除术联合神经节苷脂治疗,可迅速稳定患者的病情,促进患者的身体康复,避免造成并发症,日后可在临床治疗中推广应用。Objective To discuss the removal of intracranial hematoma minimally invasive joint effect of ganglioside in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, and to provide the reference for future clinical treatment. Methods In March 2011-February 2011 of 120 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients admitted in the research object, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 60 cases of patients. Observation group patients give for removal of intracranial hematoma minimally invasive joint ganglioside treatment, patients were treated for removal of intracranial hematoma minimally invasive treatment, compared the clinical effect of two groups of patients. Results After clinical treatment, the observation group of patients with 44 cases were markedly improved （73.3%）, effective 12 cases （20.0%）, 4 cases were ineffective （6.7%）, the total effective rate was 93.3%; Control group patients with 31 cases were markedly improved （51.7%）, 8 cases （13.3%）, effective invalid 21 cases （35.0%）, the total effective rate was 65.0%, two groups of patients were compared with difference was statistically significant, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with cerebral hemorrhage implement for removal of intracranial hematoma minimally invasive joint ganglioside treatment, can rapidly in patients with stable condition, promote the recovery of the patient＇s body, avoid to cause complications, can be applied in the clinical therapy in the future.
