复方丹参滴丸联合倍他司汀治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方丹参滴丸联合倍他司汀治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效,为临床选择用药方式提供依据。方法选取2010年9月至2014年3月在我院急诊科住院治疗的椎基底动脉供血不足患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组采用复方丹参滴丸联合倍他司汀治疗,对照组采用倍他司汀单独治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后眩晕等自觉症状是否缓解,及椎基底动脉血液流动速度变化情况。结果治疗前两组患者血液流速比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后两组均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组对椎基底动脉血液流动速度改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组的临床有效率分别为71.11%和93.33%,观察组的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组的不良反应发生率分别为6.67%和4.44%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合倍他司汀治疗椎基底动脉供血不足临床疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effects of compound danshen dripping pills pound danshen drippin combined with betahistine in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Methods 90 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency was selected from September 2010 to March 2014 in emergency department of our hospital. Patients were divided into control group （betahistine monotherapy） and observation group （compound danshen dripping pills and betahistine combination therapy）. Compare the vertigo and rational symptom whether the mitigation, and the blood flow change of basilar artery, clinical effects, and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The blood flow basilar artery had no significant difference between the two groups at pretreatment （P〉0.05）. Compared with pretreatment, the blood flow basilar artery was significantly increased at posttreatment in the two groups groups（P〈0.05）. However, the blood flow change of basilar artery was significantly better in treatment group than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The clinical effective rate in control group and treatment group was 71.11% and 93.33% ,respectively. The clinical effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions rate in control group and treatment group was 6.67% and 4.44%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Condusion Compound danshen dripping pills combined with betahistine is effective on patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency with less adverse reactions.
