摘　　要：目的探讨GARP在子宫内膜癌局部组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR及蛋白印迹法检测GARP在84例子宫内膜癌患者及40例子宫内膜增殖期或分泌期的患者(对照组)中表达情况,分析GARP的表达与子宫内膜癌各个临床病理分期及组织学分级之间的相关性。结果 GARP在子宫内膜癌组及对照组均有表达,且在子宫内膜癌的表达明显高于对照组,癌组织高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子宫内膜癌组织中GARP表达与病理类型、浸润深度之间无相关关系(P>0.05),与子宫内膜癌临床病理分期及组织学分级有相关性(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌的发病与GARP上调有关,GARP在子宫内膜癌发生、发展过程中发挥着重要作用。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of GARP in local tissues of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Real- time fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blot were used to detect the expressions of GARP in 84 patients with endometrial carcinoma and endometrium of 40 patients at proliferating phase and secretory phase（ control group）; the correlations between GARP expression and various clinicopathological stages and histological grades were analyzed. Results GARP expressed in endometrial carcinoma group and control group,the expression level of GARP in endometrial carcinoma group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group,and the expression level of GARP in carcinoma tissue was statistically significantly higher than that in para- carcinoma tissue（ P〈 0. 05）. In endometrial carcinoma group,there was no correlation between GARP expression and pathological types,depth of invasion（ P 〉0. 05）,GARP expression was correlated with clinicopathological stages and histological grades（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Endometrial carcinoma is correlated with upregulation of GARP,GARP plays an important role in occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.
