摘　　要：文章介绍了护理人员评判思维能力的现状。回顾和总结了国内外护理人员评判性思维能力的评估工具,为我国护理评判性思维测评工具的研制和应用提供思路。The paper introduced the status of critical thinking abilities of nursing staffs, reviewed and summarized the domestic and foreign evaluation methods of nurses＇critical thinking ability, and provide references and guidance for development and application of nursing assessment tools of critical thinking in China.
