摘　　要：目的：评价ANKYLOS系统种植修复的临床应用效果。方法：选取行ANKYLOS种植体修复的178例患者,共213颗种植体。随访观察3-66个月,进行临床及X线检查,采用Wheeler等提出的存留标准进行评估,并运用寿命表法计算种植体的累积存留率。结果：年均骨吸收量为（0.19±0.11）mm,种植体松动脱落2颗,5年累计存留率为98.9%。结论：ANKYLOS种植系统平台转移设计有利于种植体周围组织稳定,修复牙列缺失和缺损可以取得满意的临床修复效果。Objective： To evaluate the clinical application of ANKYLOS implant system for 5 years. Method： A total of 178 patients who had 213 ANKYLOS implants implanted from Jan 2009 to Jan 2014 in Department of Stomatology, Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University. Clinical examination and X-ray films were conducted. The results were evaluated with Wheeler＇s survival criteria. Result：There was （0.19±0.11）mm in annual crestal bone loss, 2 implants were failed in healing period and the survival rate was 98.9 % Conclusion： The ANKYLOS implant system with platform-switch which can keep the tissue stabilized around the implant is suitable for the defect of denture or the edentulous jaw in the clinics.
