摘  要:本文针对实习基地建设中存在的问题,以校企科技合作为切入点,以平台建设为基础,着眼于实习规范化、合作多元化、发展综合化,探索构建实习基地的长效机制。我们明确了实习基地建设原则、模式,制定了实习基地建设规划,完善了基地管理规章制度,将实习基地建设纳入专业建设的范畴,建设了一支具有较高理论水平与丰富实践经验的实习指导教师队伍。基地建设促进了校企全面合作、学生创新实践能力培养和就业。Aiming at the problems in the construction of practice bases by using scientific and technological cooperation between colleges and enterprises as the breakthrough point, and also based on the plat form construction, the paper explores a long-term mechanism of construction of practice bases. This construction focuses on the practice standardization, the diversification of cooperation and the comprehensive development. The principles and mode of practice base construction are determined firstly. Then, the practice base construction plan is formulated and management rules and regulations are perfected. Mean while, the practice base construction is put into the category of the professional construction. A team of practice guidance teachers with high theoretical level and rich practical experiences are built. At last, the comprehensive cooperation between colleges and enterprises and the training for students' innovative practice ability and employment are promoted by the base construction.
