摘　　要：构建项目合作网络内企业间知识转移与知识保护策略的演化博弈模型,分析二者之间动态博弈的均衡点及演化路径,探讨各个因素对其路径演化及知识转移策略制定的影响作用,并据此提出促进项目合作网络内企业间知识转移的措施。The paper builds the evolutionary game model of knowledge transfer and knowledge protection strategies between enterprises within the projects cooperation network, analyzes the dynamic equilibrium point between the two games and evolutionary path, and explores the influence of various factors on the evolution path and knowledge transfer strategies. The paper also proposes the measures of promoting knowledge transfer between two companies in project cooperation networks according to the above analysis.
