摘 要:本试验采用了氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法测定牛肉中的硒,通过消解液、预还原剂、介质酸的选择等优化了试验条件并测定其检出限、精密度、加标回收率等。结果显示本试验选用2∶1的混合酸作为消解液,6mol/L HCl作为预还原剂,体积比为10%的HCl作为介质酸。硒在0~8μg/L的范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.01ng/mL。在20、30和40μg/L 3个添加水平下牛肉的回收率为94%~104%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.80%。该方法具有简便、有效等特点,对肉制品中硒的测定具有一定的参考意义。In this assay,we detected the selenium content in beef by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The conditions of the test were optimized by the selections of clearing up solution,pre-reducing agent,medium acid and so on,the limits of detection,precision and the standard addition recovery were determined.The results showed that 2∶1mixed acid as the clearing up solution,6mol/L hydrochloric acid as pre-reducing agent and the volume ratio of 10% hydrochloric acid as acid medium were chosen,the calibration curve was linear in the range from 0to 8.0μg/L with correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The limit of detection(LOD)was 0.01ng/mL.At three adding levels of 20,30 and 40μg/L for selenium,the recovery of beef was 94%to 104% with RSD of 3.80%.This method had the characteristics of simple and effective,it had important referential significance for the detection of selenium in meat.
