摘　　要：目的:探讨前列腺癌(PCa)组织中ALKBH3蛋白的表达与肿瘤细胞凋亡的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测143例PCa组织和125例前列腺增生(BPH)组织中ALKBH3和Bcl-xl蛋白的表达,分析PCa组织中ALKBH3与Bcl-xl蛋白表达的关联性。结果:PCa组织中ALKBH3和Bcl-xl蛋白的阳性表达率高于BPH组织(χ2=147.877和92.133,P<0.001)。ALKBH3和Bcl-xl的蛋白表达与PCa的分化程度及TNM分期有关(χ2=12.773、6.289、5.074和4.397,P<0.05)。PCa组织中ALKBH3与Bcl-xl蛋白的表达呈正关联(rp=0.261,P=0.001)。结论:ALKBH3可能是通过抑制肿瘤细胞的凋亡促进PCa恶性进展。Aim： To investigate the expression of ALKBH3 protein in prostate cancer（PCa） and its relationship with cell apoptosis. Methods： The expressions of ALKBH3 and Bcl-xl in 143 cases of PCa and 125 cases of benign prostatic hy-perplasia（BPH） tissue were tested by immunohistochemical assay. The relationship between the expressions of ALKBH3 and Bcl-xl in PCa tissue was analyzed. Results： The expressions of ALKBH3 and Bcl-xl in PCa tissue were higher than those in BPH tissue（χ2 = 147. 877 and 92. 133,P 〈 0. 001）. The expressions of ALKBH3 and Bcl-xl were related with Gl-eason scores and TNM staging （χ2 = 12. 773,6. 289,5. 074 and 4. 397,P 〈 0. 05）. The expressions of ALKBH3 and Bcl-xl were positively associated in PCa tissue（rp = 0. 261,P = 0. 001）. Conclusion： ALKBH3 may promote the malignant pro-gress of PCa by depressing the tumor cell apoptosis.
