摘  要:目的:探讨宫颈腺癌组织中C-erbB-2和E-cadherin蛋白的表达与宫颈腺癌患者临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组化法检测72例宫颈腺癌组织中C-erbB-2和E-cadherin蛋白的表达情况,分析二者与宫颈腺癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果:72例宫颈腺癌组织中,C-erbB-2高表达31例(43.1%),E-cadherin低表达34例(47.2%)。C-erb B-2高表达和E-cadherin低表达与宫颈腺癌的分化程度、FIGO分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。宫颈腺癌组织中C-erbB-2与E-cadherin的表达呈负关联(rP=0.600,P<0.001)。结论:C-erbB-2高表达和E-cadherin低表达与宫颈腺癌的发展有关,可作为判断宫颈腺癌生物学行为的重要参考指标。Aim: To explore the expressions and clinicopathology significance of E-cadherin and C-erbB-2 in cervical adenocarcinoma tissue. Methods: The expressions of E-cadherin and C-erbB-2 protein in 72 cases diagnosed as cervical adenocarcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical method, and their relations with clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results: Out of 72 cervical adenocarcinoma samples, the high level expression of C-erbB-2 was found in 31 cases (43. 1% ), while the low level expression of E-cadherin was found in 34 cases(47. 2% ). C-erbB-2 overexpression and E-cadherin reduced expression were related with differentiation degree, FIGO staging and lymph node metastasis of cervical ade-nocarcinoma(P 〈0. 05). There was negative association between C-erbB-2 and E-cadherin protein expressions in cervical ad-enocarcinoma tissue(rP =0. 600,P 〈0. 001). Conclusion: C-erbB-2 overexpression and E-cadherin reduced expression may play important roles in the development of cervical adenocarcinoma, and could be used for judging its biological behavior.
