半夏厚朴汤治疗梅核气的医案研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨半夏厚朴汤在治疗梅核气时针对不同症状的加减变化,总结出半夏厚朴汤治疗梅核气的用药规律。方法:查找古今文献,选出以半夏厚朴汤为主方治疗梅核气的医案,整理每个医案中梅核气的症状及方药,对药物频次进行统计并分析。结果:根据选入标准共筛选出医案70首,方中所载药物共有67种,其中频次在5次以上(包含5次)的药物有23种。结论:通过分析23种药物的性味归经和功效,归纳出了6个药对配伍半夏厚朴汤治疗梅核气,并总结出了治疗梅核气的新方剂。Objective： To sum up the medication patterns in treatments to globus hysteriocus which use Banxia Houpo Decoction,through discussion on slight medication changes in Banxia Houpo Decoction to cope with different symptoms of globus hysteriocus. Methods：Search through ancient and modern cases and pick out ones about globus hysteriocus whose prescriptions are mainly based on Banxia Houpo Decoction. Classify the symptoms of globus hysteriocus and medication. Count and then analyze the frequency of appearance of those herbs. Results： 70 cases up to standard were picked out. 67 herbs are mentioned in those cases including 23 herbs appeared 5times or more. Conclusion： By analyzing the flavor and meridian tropism and efficacy of those 23 herbs,we summarized 6 herb pairs in addition to Banxia Houpo Decoction in treatments to globus hysteriocus,and a new decoction to treat globus hysteriocus.
