依美斯汀眼液联合加味羌活胜风汤治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察依美斯汀眼液联合加味羌活胜风汤治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效,初步评价其有效性和安全性。方法:将符合入选及排除标准的过敏性结膜炎34例(68眼)随机分为观察组与对照组各17例(34眼),观察组予0.05%富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液(埃美丁)点眼联合服用加味羌活胜风汤治疗,对照组予埃美丁联合妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液(典必殊)点眼,连续用药两周,观察症状与眼部体征改善情况及追访复发率。结果:经治疗1周、两周后观察组患者眼部症状及体征评分均较对照组有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组3个月、6个月后的复发率明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依美斯汀滴眼液联合加味羌活胜风汤能有效减轻过敏性结膜炎的眼部不适,起效迅速,复发率低,值得临床推广运用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of modified Qianghuo Shengfeng decoction and Emedastine Difumarate eye drops in treating allergic conjunctivitis,and preliminarily evaluate the efficacy and safety. Methods： 34 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group（ 17 cases） and control group（ 17 cases）. The treatment group assigned to given Emedastine Difumarate eye drops and modified Qianghuo Shengfeng decoction,while the control group was cured by Emedastine Difumarate eye drops and Tobramycin Dexamethasone eye drops,observing the effect after 14 days＇ treatment cycle and recurrence rate. Results： After one and two weeks＇ treatment,the symptoms of two groups had different degrees of improvement,and there was significant difference in two groups（P〈0. 05）,while the recurrence rate of treatment group were reduced obviousiy,and there was significant difference in two groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Taking modified Qianghuo Shengfeng decoction combined with Emedastine Difumarate eye drops could effectively improve the eye itch and hyperemia of allergic conjunctivitis,This method effect quickly and has low recurrence rate,worthing of promotion in clinical.
