中医药国际化人才英语素质培养研究之反思

摘　　要：中医药国际化发展对人才英语素质培养提出了新要求:掌握扎实的英语基础知识、了解英美文化、熟悉异国医疗风俗与法律,实现跨文化交际、使用英语传播中医药文化、促进中医药国际化进程。文章从背景、要求和模式三方面探讨了中医药国际化人才英语素质培养的必要性,人才的英语综合素质要求,及如何培养以满足推动中医药国际化发展的需求。The international development of TCM puts forward new requirements for talents＇ English quality cultivation： having a solid grasp of basic English knowledge,understanding Anglo- American culture,getting familiar with foreign medical customs and laws,achieving intercultural communication,spreading the culture of TCM with English,and promoting the internationalization of TCM. This article explored the necessity of international talents＇ English quality cultivation,the requirements of English comprehensive quality for talents,and how to train to meet the requirements of promoting the internationalization of TCM from three aspects： background,requirement,and training pattern.
