摘　　要：目的探讨骨桥蛋白（OPN）、基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）与CD44v6在胃腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法免疫组织化学法检测OPN、MMP-9与CD44v6在胃腺癌、癌旁胃组织及正常胃组织中的表达情况，并对临床病理特征进行对比分析。结果OPN、MMP-9与CD44v6在胃腺癌组织的表达阳性率分别为72．9％、65．2％和81．8％；癌旁胃组织分别为33．3％、27．3％和31．8％；正常胃组织分别为15．0％、15．0％和20．0％。胃腺癌组织OPN、MMP-9与CD44v6的表达阳性率均高于癌旁胃组织和正常胃组织。在胃腺癌中与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无相关性，与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移之间有相关性（P〈0．05）。结论OPN、MMP-9与CD44v6在胃腺癌中高表达，与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关，可作为胃腺癌重要的生物学指标，联合检测对胃腺癌的诊断、鉴别诊断等有临床意义。Objective To explore the expression and significance of osteopontin （ OPN）, matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） and CD44v6 in gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods The expressions of OPN, MMP-9 and CD44v6 in gastric adenocarcinoma, adjacent tissues and normal gastric tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The clinicopathological features and their correlation were compared and ana- lyzed. Results The expressions of OPN, MMP-9 and CD44v6 in gastric adenocarcinoma（72.9% ,65.2%, and 81.8% ） were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues （ 33.3 %, 27.3 %, and 31.8 % ） and normal gastric tissues （ 15.0%, 15.0%, and 20.0% ）. The strong positive expression in gastric adenocarcinoma was related to tumor stage and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while it was unrelated to age, sex and tumor size. Conclusion The high expression level of OPN, MMP-9 and CIM4v6 in gastric adenocarcinoma is positively related to tumor stage and lymph node metastasis. It can be considered as an important biological indicator for gastric adenocarcinoma. Their combined detection is important for the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and prognosis in gastric adenocarcinoma.
