摘　　要：在既往100年间,医生和患者逐渐相信青光眼是一组身-心疾病,疾病状态与心理状态相互影响、互为因果。研究显示,青光眼患者的心理特征、心理与疾病诊治过程之间存在相互影响。因此,了解影响青光眼患者心理状态的相关因素可以使医生在对患者进行心理干预时做到有的放矢。作为患者,清楚自己的心理特征并主动调整自己,对自己的生活、对青光眼的病情随访和治疗均是有益的。During the past 10 decades many clinicians and patients have become convinced that glaucoma is a group of bodymind diseases. And there is a constant inter-relationship between the body and mind. Previous studies showed increased emotional instability, anxiety and depression in different types of glaucoma. Understanding these may improve the treatment of glaucoma for both ophthalmologists and patients.
