摘　　要：目的:探究Raf激酶抑制蛋白(RKIP)和上皮钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在结肠癌旁正常黏膜及结肠癌组织中的表达及其在结肠癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:随机选取我院于2012年9月至2014年3月收治的结肠癌患者50例为研究对象。取肿瘤组织黏膜为实验组,癌旁正常黏膜组织为对照组,采用免疫组化法检测Raf激酶抑制蛋白及上皮型钙黏蛋白水平。结果:两组患者中结肠癌旁正常黏膜与结肠癌组织黏膜中的Raf激酶抑制蛋白及上皮型钙黏蛋白阳性表达具有明显差异,对照组Raf激酶抑制蛋白阳性率高达96.0%,而实验组阳性率仅为38.0%(χ2=38.03);实验组中的上皮型钙黏蛋白阳性表达率仅26.0%,明显低于对照组的88.0%(χ2=67.48),以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:Raf激酶抑制蛋白及上皮型钙黏蛋白在结肠癌患处黏膜的阳性表达显著低于结肠癌旁黏膜,由此我们可以推测这两种蛋白质分子低表达水平可能与结肠癌的发生发展密切相关。Objective： To investigate the expression of Raf Kinase Inhibitor Protein（RKIP） and E-cadher in colon cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue and its role in the occurrence and development of colon cancer.Methods： We selected randomly 5 0 patients as the object whowere diagnosed with colon cancerfrom September 2012 to March 2014 inour hospital,and take the cancer tissue as experimental group,the adjacent normal tissue as control group.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression level of RKIP and E- cadher in the two groups. Results：There was significant difference in the expression level of RKIP and E-cadherin the two groups.The positive rate of RKIP and E-cadher in the control group were as high as 96% and 88% respectively,while the control grouponly 38% and 26%.The difference was statistically significant（P0.001）.Conclusion： The expression level of RKIP and E-cadher in colon cancer tissues were significantly lower than the adjacent normal tissue,so we speculate that the lower expression level of this two proteins may be closely related to the occurrence and development of colon cancer.
