汉族大学生眼部形态的观测研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨汉族大学生眼的外部形态,所获得有关数据供美容解剖学和人类学参考.方法 头部以眼耳（Frankfort）平面定位,双眼正视前方,随机选择青岛大学医学院19-21岁汉族大学生200例（男性、女性各100例）,对其内眦褶（蒙古褶）、睑裂倾斜度、睑裂长度、睑裂宽度和两眼外眦间距（ex-ex）及两眼内眦间距（en-en）进行眼部活体观察与测量.测量工具为电子游标卡尺,精度取0.01 mm.测量数据采用SPSS软件计算.结果 3种类型内眦褶的测量百分数为：甚显型13.5％、中显型83.0％和微显型3.5％.3种类型睑裂倾斜度为：两内外眦几乎同一水平型（含≤1mm）71.0％、外眦高于内眦型18.0％、内眦高于外眦型11.0％.测量结果：睑裂长（ex-en）,男性为（33.75±3.25） mm,女性为（31.62±2.85） mm;睑裂宽,男性为（10.00±1.86） mm,女性为（9.72±1.31） mm.两眼内眦间距,男性为（36.16±3.10） mm,女性为（36.50±2.95） mm.两眼外眦间距,男性为（101.42±6.66） mm,女性为（96.48±5.75） mm.结论 眼部形态观察项目,均无性别差异.在测量项目中,睑裂长和两外眦间距的性别差异均具有显著的统计学意义,男性均大于女性,P＜0.01.Objective To study the shape of the eye of undergraduate students in Han Nationality for the data of aesthetics and anthropology. Methods Two hundred students （ M100, F100） aged 19 - 21 yrs in Han Nationality were selected randomly from medical college of Qingdao University. The mongoloid fold, inclination of palpebral fissure, length and width of fissura palpebrae, inner and outer canthic diameters were perfoimed the viviperception and somatometry by the digital sliding caliper. The data were calculated by SPSS software. Results The mongoloid fold was divided into 3 types： the obvious type was 13.5% , the medium type was 83.0%, and the micro obvious type was 3.5%. The inclination of palpebral fissure was divided into three types： the horizontal type was 71.0%, the outer eanthus higher type was 18.0% , and the inner canthus higher type was 11.0%. The data of measurements （ x ± s , ram） ： The length of fissura palpebrae were 33.75 ± 3.25 （M） and 31.62 ± 2.85 （ F）, the width of fissura palpebrae was 10.00 ± 1.86 （ M）, 9.72 ± 1.31 （F）. The inner canthic diameter （ en en） was 36.16 ± 3.10（ M）, 36.50 ± 2.95 （ F）, and the outer canthic diameter （ exex） was 101.42 ± 6.66 （M）, 96.48 ± 5.75 （F）. Conclusion There are no sexual difference of the above observing items, but there are significant sexual differences of the inner and outer canthic diameters （ P〈 0.01 ）.
