正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形临床观察

摘　　要：观察正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的临床效果。方法:将我院口腔科2013年08月.2014年12月期间收治的78例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者随机分成两组,治疗组和对照组,每组各39例。治疗组进行正畸与修复联合治疗,对照组仅进行修复治疗,对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组与对照组的治疗优良率分别为97.4%、79.5%,患者满意度分别为94.9%、76.9%,恢复时间分别为(14.24±2.68)个月、(12.13±3.12)个月,两组对比差异显著,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:对牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者应用正畸联合修复的方法进行治疗效果显著,不仅美观,而且可促进咀嚼功能恢复,因而值得临床推广应用。Objective : To observe the repair orthodontic treatment dentition defect with malocclusion clinical results. Methods : The hospital dentistry in August 2013 -2014年 admitted in December during the 78 cases of patients with dentition defects malocclusion were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group, 39 cases in each group. Orthodontic treatment groups and repair combination therapy, the control group, only repair treatment, clinical effect of contrast between the two groups. Results : The treatment group and the control group, treatment was excellent rate were 97.4%, 79.5%, and patient satisfaction were 94.9%, 76.9%, recovery time was (14.24±2.68) months, (12.1±3.12) months, significant differences between two groups, P 〈0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion : dentition malocclusion orthodontic patients defect with repair methods of treatment effect is remarkable, not only beautiful, but also can promote the chewing function recovery, and therefore worthy of clinical application.
