中医卒中单元改善脑梗死患者生存质量的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中医药在改善脑梗死患者生存质量方面的临床疗效。方法 180例患者分为治疗组和对照组。两组均采用规范Ⅱ级预防及康复锻炼;治疗组予中医药辅助治疗,比较入组后14 d、104 d、180 d两组患者的生存质量。结果两组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在神经功能缺损积分、认知、生存质量比较上,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医药卒中单元在改善脑梗死患者肢体功能障碍方面具有较好的临床治疗效果。Objective This study aims to observe the efficacy of TCM stroke unites in improving cerebral infarction patients＇ quality of life. Methods 180 patients were divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups received standard Level II prevention and recovery training,while treatment group received extra TCM supplymentary treatment. Quality of life for patients in both groups were observed on 14 d,104 d,and 180 d. Results Comparison of the two groups were statistically significant（ P ﹤ 0. 05）. In terms of nerve function deficit score,cognition and quality of life,treatment group is significantly better than the control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion TCM stroke unit has satisfactory treatment effects on improving limb dysfunction in cerebral infarction patients.
