一种复方邻苯二甲醛消毒液杀菌效果的实验观察

摘　　要：目的观察一种复方邻苯二甲醛消毒液的杀菌效果,为实际消毒应用提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验、内镜消毒模拟现场试验方法进行实验室观察。结果该复方邻苯二甲醛消毒液原液含量为5 719 mg/L,辅以增效成分,p H值为7.54。以该复方邻苯二甲醛消毒液原液对悬液内大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用1.0 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.0;对悬液内枯草芽胞杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用60 min,平均杀灭对数值>4.0。该消毒液原液浸泡72 h,对不锈钢、铜、铝和碳钢均基本无腐蚀。结论该复方邻苯二甲醛消毒液具有良好杀菌效果,对金属基本无腐蚀,且性能稳定,可达到对内镜高水平消毒的要求。Objective To observe the effect of a compound ortho - pathalaldehyde disinfectant and provide references for disinfection application. Methods Bactericidal quantitative suspension test and endoscopic disinfection stimulating field test were used to do experimental observation. Results The compound ortho - pathalaldehyde disinfectant contain is 5 719 mg/L and the pH is 7.54. The killing logarithm value of Escherichia, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans exposed to the disinfectant for 1.0 min are above 5. O, and that is more than 4.0 for Bacillus subtilis vat. niger spores with 60 min. It shows almost no corrosion for stainless steel, copper, aluminum and carbon steel soaked by the compound ortho - pathalaldehyde for 72 hours. Conclusion The compound ortho - pathalaldehyde disinfectant can kill bacteria effective- ly, no corrosion effect and stable, it could be used for the high disinfectant level requirements of endoscopic.
