摘 要:利用超声波对化工过程的强化作用,研究了超声波对磷酸三丁酯从盐酸法湿法磷酸中萃取磷酸过程的影响。研究表明,超声可以提高萃取速率,超声功率为300、500、700 W时的萃取速率分别是常规萃取速率的6、9、18倍。考察了磷酸三丁酯在超声作用下的稳定性,并对超声过后的乳状液进行了离心分离。为了强化两相混合,提出了一种椭球状超声波管路萃取器。The effect of uhrasonic treatment on the extraction of phosphoric acid from the hydrochloric-acid-route phosphoric acid by tri-n-butyl phosphate is studied based on the intensifying action of ultrasonic sound in the chemical engineering process. The results show that the ultrasound can improve the extraction rate of phosphoric acid. The ultrasonic extraction rate can be 6,9 and 18 folds of the conventional ones when the ultrasonic power is 300 W ,500 W and 700 W, respectively. The stability of tri-n-butyl phosphate under ultrasound is also examined. Centrifugation is used to separate the emulsion. An axiolitic ultrasonic pipeline extractor is also proposed to strengthen the mixing of two phases.
