摘  要:以玉米淀粉(St)为原料,三磺酸钠胺[N(SO3Na)3]为磺化剂,次氯酸钠为氧化剂,制取磺化-氧化淀粉(SOS)。通过FT-IR、1HNMR、XRD、GPC对其结构、相对分子质量及分布进行表征和分析。将其应用于彬长煤,以水煤浆表观黏度为标准,考察羧基质量分数、磺化度、分散剂的用量及水煤浆浓度对成浆性能的影响,并对其稳定性、流变性、分散机理进行研究。结果表明:羧基质量分数为0.41%,磺酸基取代度为0.3的SOS分散剂在添加量为0.9%时,水煤浆制浆质量分数可达到67%,表观黏度为927.6 m Pa·s,满足应用要求。The sulfonated-oxidized starch (SOS) is prepared with corn starch (St) as raw material, trisulfonated sodium amine ( N ( SO3 Na) 3 ) as sulfonating agent and sodium hypoehlorite as oxidant. Its structure, the molecular weight and distribution are characterized by FT-IR,'HNMR, XRD and GPC. The dispersant is applied in binehang coal. The influences of the carboxyl content, the degree of sulfonation, the dosage of dispersant and amount of CWS on the slurry performance are studied by taking the apparent viscosity as the reference standard. Besides that, static stability, rheological behavior of the slurry and mechanism are also investigated. The results show that when the dosage of SOS is 0. 9% with the degree of sulfonation of 0. 3 and the carboxyl content of 0.41% , the concentration of CWS can reach 67% ,and the apparent viscosity is 927.6 mPa. s,which can meet the application.
