摘　　要：文章阐述了美丽乡村的基本内涵和各地的实践理解,分析了标准化在美丽乡村规划、建设、管理、维护、服务、评价中发挥的重要作用。从农村生产基础设施、农村生活基础设施、农村生态基础设施、农村生活环境治理、农业生态保护、农业资源综合利用、村级公共服务、休闲农业与乡村旅游及其他等方面提出了美丽乡村建设的内容与标准化对象。阐明了美丽乡村标准体系构建原则,从工作内容、建设环节和标准类型等3个维度确定了标准体系结构要素,绘制了我国美丽乡村标准体系基本框架,并提出了实践标准化与综合标准化两种标准体系形成路径。为推进美丽乡村标准体系建设,提出了紧扣建设、尊重差异、精简实用、农民满意等工作建议。The paper expounds the connotation of beautiful villages and different understandings in different regions, and analyzes the positive role of standardization in regulating the plan, construction, management, maintenance, service, and evaluation of beautiful villages. It proposes the content of beautiful villages and objects which include basic production, life-related, ecological facilities, environmental governance, agricultural biological protection, comprehensive utilization of agricultural resources, village-level public service, leisure agriculture, rural tourism, etc. The paper also proposes the principles of constructing the standards system for beautiful villages, clarifies the structural elements of the system from dimensions of construction content, links and type of standards, and describes the basic framework of the standards system. It gives the ways of developing two standards systetu for practical and comprehensive standardization. The thoughts such as focusing on the construction, respecting for differences, being concise and practical, making farmers satisfied are explored to facilitate the construction of Chinese beautiful village standard system.
