摘　　要：目的探讨门诊一体化服务模式对儿童慢性咳嗽病因诊断及治疗的影响及其对深化推进门诊优质服务的作用。方法选择2012年6月至2013年12月在四川省妇幼保健院就诊的儿童慢性咳嗽患儿124例,随机分为观察组和对照组各62例,对照组按儿科门诊传统服务模式实施优质服务;观察组实施门诊一体化服务模式,分别在患儿初次就诊后2周、1月、3月调查患儿病因诊断结果、治疗效果、医护服务满意度、患儿依从性。结果与对照组比较,观察组患儿的病因诊断结果、治疗效果、医护服务满意度及患儿依从性都较高(x^2值分别为6.14、3.17、7.52和7.87,均P<0.05)。结论门诊一体化服务模式可提高儿童慢性咳嗽的病因诊断及治疗效果,显著提高患儿及家属的依从性和医护服务满意度,是深化门诊优质服务,提供门诊延伸性服务的有益探索。Objective To explore the impact of outpatient service integration on etiological diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough in children and its role in deepening high quality outpatient nursing service.Methods All 124 children with chronic cough admitted in pediatric outpatient from June 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 62 cases in each.The control group received traditional pediatric outpatient service mode, while the observation group implemented the integration of nursing service mode. Etiological diagnosis, therapeutic effect, medical service satisfaction degree and children compliance were investigated at 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after first visit.Results Compared with the control group, the observation group got better etiological diagnosis and therapeutic effect, higher medical service satisfaction degree and children compliance （χ^2 value was 6.14, 3.17, 7.52 and 7.87, respectively, all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Outpatient integrated service mode can improve the effect of etiological diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough in children, and improve the children and parents＇ compliance and medical service satisfaction significantly.Integration of outpatient service mode is an effective exploration on deepening high quality of outpatient nursing services and extending outpatient services.
