摘　　要：Key facts Definition:Cystic dilation of Bartholin′s gland.Bartholin′s glands are bilateral mucin-secreting gland lying on posterolateral aspect of vulvar vestibule.Classic imaging appearance is round,well-defined,unilocular cyst lying at posterior aspect of vulva.Bartholin′s gland may also give rise to abscesses,tumors,and cysts.Bartholin′s gland cysts are not commonly bilateral.Key facts Definition：Cystic dilation of Bartholin′s gland.
