探究中小型建材企业财务管理存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：自改革开放以来,随贸易国际化和进口关税的调低,我国经济的发展趋势呈突飞猛进的势头,各行各业的竞争不断,建材工程市场竞争更为激烈,国内、外品牌之间的竞争不断加大,我国中小型建材企业面临更多的机遇与挑战。要想突出重围,优质的企业管理成为必胜的法宝,而财务管理在整个企业经营管理中处于举足轻重的地位。由于我国经济体制的改革和经济增长方式的转变,房地产市场蒸蒸日上,与之密切相关的建材行业也蓬勃发展,许多中小型建材企业应运而生。而近几年来,国家为抑制房价,出台了相关政策,导致建筑类行业一时遭遇风波,许多中小型建材企业由于自身能力的不足而面临破产。本文针对在新环境下,中小型建材企业在财务管理方面所存在的问题,探讨解决之路。Since reform and opening up,along with the internationalization of trade and lower import tariffs,the development tremt of our country＇ s economy is growing by leaps and bounds,competition from all walks of life,constantly building materials engineering more fierce market competition,the competition between brands at home and abroad are going up, our country small and medium-sized building materials enterprises face more opportunities and challenges.If you want to break through,the high quality enterprise management become a magic weapon of winning,and financial management in the enterprise management in a pivotal position.Because our country economic system reform and change the way of economic growth,the real estate market is booming,closely related to the building materials industry is booming,many small and medium-sized building materials enterprise arises at ti~（＂ historic- moment.But in recent years,the country to curb housing prices,introduced the related policy,cause the construction industry by storm,many small and medium-sized building materials enterprises are facing bankruptcy due to the shortcomings of ttwir own capabilities.This article in the new environment,small and medium-sized building materials enterprises in the financial management problems,and discuss the way of solution.
