摘 要:在车辆事故自动呼救系统触发算法设计过程中,需要进行大量实车或台车碰撞试验以确定触发阈值。通过建立正面碰撞台车试验系统的有限元模型,模拟不同速度下碰撞加速度曲线,并在此基础上比较各种触发算法对碰撞强度的识别能力,确定使用比功率来识别不同强度碰撞以采取相应呼救方案。最后,通过台车碰撞试验和实车道路制动试验验证基于比功率的车辆事故自动呼救系统触发算法的可靠性。During the design of trigger algorithm of automatic crash notification system, a large number of vehi- cle or trolley collision tests need to be conducted to determine the trigger threshold. The finite element model of a trolley system was constructed to simulate collision acceleration curves under different speeds in frontal collisions. Based on the collision acceleration curves in simulation, identification abilities to collision intensity of different trig- ger algorithms were compared. Then, power density was chosen to identify the intensity of the collision so that auto- matic crash notification system could apply the appropriate notification scheme. Finally, trolley collision tests and vehicle braking tests were conducted to verify the reliability of trigger algorithm of automatic crash notification sys- tem based on power density.
