摘　　要：清末"新政"兴办新式学堂期间,直隶各类大、中、小学堂和众多专业学堂相继开办,唯独商业学堂尚付阙如。直至1906年,直隶的商业学堂终于兴办。直隶开办商业学堂的特点是由地方商会出面操持,由于适应了客观需要,一些县、镇亦有兴办,由此使培养商业人才在传统的"学徒制"之外又增添了一个符合近代文明的培训形式。During the New Deal in the late Qing, many kinds of schools were established excluding the business school. The first business vocational school was established in the year of 1906. With great difference from the traditional apprenticeship, managed by the local chambers of commerce, this kind schools were satisfied to the needs of commerce, as a new kind of modem school.
