“三严三实”是“四个全面”的必然要求

摘　　要："四个全面"作为党中央的顶层设计和战略布局,是对中国所面临的世情、国情、党情的客观挑战所作出的正确的主观认识。认识世界的目的在于改变世界,这个布局和设计对于统一全党和全国人民的思想,加强人们主观世界的改造,凝聚起强大的中国力量,使中国的客观现实向着理想的目标变化具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。"三严三实"既指向主观世界,又指向客观世界。"四个全面"的实现逻辑与必然地要求全体党员和干部要结合个人实际、本单位实际、本地区实际,通过践行"三严三实",加强党性修养和作风建设,使全体党员和干部的主观认识都统一到"四个全面"上来,进而以此为指导去充分发动全国人民通过实践改变中国当前的客观现实,实现与"四个全面"的主观认识相统一的目标。这是马克思主义关于主观世界与客观世界辩证关系原理在当今中国的具体运用和发展。As the top-level design and strategic layout of the Central Committee of China Communist Party, “Four Comprehensives” is a correct subjective cognizance when China facing the objective challenge of the world situation, the country＇s situation and the Party＇s situation. The purpose of knowing the world is to change the world. This design and layout have an important theoretical significance and practical value for unifying the thoughts of the Party and people of the whole country, strengthening people＇s subjective innovation, gathering a powerful force in China and making objective reality change towards the ideal targets. “Three Stricts and Three Steadies” points to both the subjective world and the objective world. The implementing logic of “Four Comprehensives”inevitably requires all the Party members and cadres should consider the individual actuality, units＇ actuality and regions’ actuality and strengthen the Party spirit cultivation and work style construction through practicing “Three Stricts and Three Steadies” so that the subjective cognizance of all the Party members and cadres can be unified to the “Four Comprehensives”. This can be further guidance to fully launch the change of current objective reality through all Chinese people＇s practice and realize the target of unifying subjective cognizance of the “Four Comprehensives”. This is a concrete application and development in China of the dialectical relationship between the subjective world and objective world of Marxism.
